Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp Egg White beaten
  • 1 tsp Cocoa Powder unsweetened
  • 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 drops Liquid Stevia
  • 1 pinch Baking Soda
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl add the egg whites and whisk until frothy.
  • Add all the ingredients to a mug, and mix well with a fork.
  • Place in the microwave and cook for 40 seconds (microwaves are not the same, this time can be different).
  • Remove from microwave and cover with topping of your choice..
